Who we are
Poblenou Club is a members’ club being developed in Poblenou, Barcelona. The controller of your personal data is Making Moves Group B.V..
What we collect
When you join the waiting list: your email address and language. If you answer the optional questions: your first name, what you would use, what you are looking for, how long you have lived in Barcelona, what you do for work, your preferred membership, expected price, how often and when you would visit, team size, whether you live or work in Poblenou / 22@, postcode and any comment. We also record which campaign or website brought you to us.
Why we use it
To keep you on the waiting list, to send you opening news and founding-member offers, and to understand demand so we can decide what to build first. Survey answers are analysed in aggregate.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect what we did before.
Who sees it
Only the Poblenou Club team and the service providers that host the website and send our emails, under a data processing agreement. We do not sell your data. This website uses no cookies and no tracking tools; it only remembers in your own browser whether you already signed up, so it doesn’t ask again.
How long we keep it
Until twelve months after the club opens, or sooner if you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of your data, or object to its use, and you can unsubscribe from every email. You may also complain to a data protection authority, such as the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es) or the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
